Very fine & rare vintage Patek Philippe Tegola "Hour Glass" in platinum with factory diamond dial in platinum on an elegant custom platinum mesh link band. Case, dial & movement signed Patek Philippe. Manual w/ subseconds. Ref. 1593. Circa 1950's. This is one of Patek Philippe's best designs ever given to a rectangular wristwatch. With Archive papers. 41mm length. Will fit a 7.25"-7.75" wrist. Fine Pre-owned Patek Philippe Watch.
Certified preowned Dress Patek Philippe Tegola 1593 watch is made out of Platinum on a Platinum bracelet with a Platinum Clasp buckle. This Patek Philippe watch has a 41 x 25 mm case with a Rectangle caseback and Silver Diamond dial. Circa: 1950s . It is Gray and Sons Certified Authentic and comes backed by our 12-month warranty.
