Waltham pocket watch/pendant broach with high relief hand applied diamond and gold swirls in 18k yellow gold with Lion head broach in 14k yellow gold with diamond eyes and mouth with approx 0.20 cts center diamond. An antique heirloom, over 120 years old! Fine, original condition and it keeps time! Manual. 27mm. Circa 1890s. Fine Pre-owned Waltham Watch.
