Exceptional Shipping Service
At Gray & Sons, we take great pride in our commitment to ensuring that your orders are meticulously handled and promptly shipped. Our Shipping Department is dedicated to providing you with a seamless and secure shipping experience.
Order Processing and Delivery
All available items in our inventory typically ship within two (2) business days following the receipt of your order and verification (settlement) from our financial institution or credit card company. For domestic orders, we generally use FedEx overnight shipping, complete with comprehensive insurance coverage. Signature is always required. Please be aware that we ship packages Monday through Thursday, ensuring delivery to you on business days Tuesday through Friday. Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our Shipping Department's cutoff time is 3 pm EST.
Our shipping prices include all postage, handling, insurance fees, and packing material costs. In addition we pay a full time shipping clerk which is also reflected in our handling fees. Shipping and insurance will vary per item based on the shipment location and price of the item.
Address Verification
To maintain the security of your transaction, we adhere to a strict policy that requires shipping to the billing address registered with your credit card company or PayPal. It's important to note that deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not possible, and we employ USPS for APO/FPO addresses. For PayPal orders, shipments can only be directed to the "verified" address on file.
International Shipping
For our international clientele, we offer international shipping options for an additional fee. However, please be advised that we exclusively accept wired payments for international orders. Customs charges, import taxes, VAT, and duties may be applicable in your local jurisdiction. Fulfilling these obligations is your responsibility.
Sales Tax Collection
In accordance with evolving sales tax regulations for e-commerce businesses, we are registered to collect sales tax in numerous states as mandated by law. We are required and registered to collect and submit sales tax in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, D.C., Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin.
We will continually update our list of states where sales tax collection is required as more states adopt these regulations.
Should sales tax not be levied, and the items are shipped to your resident state, you may be required to remit use tax. For further guidance on whether use tax may apply to your transaction, kindly consult your local city, county, or state taxing authority.
