Blue cushion cut center sapphire heated 7.26 carats surrounded by approximately 1.13 carats of 2 baguettes & round brilliant full cut diamonds. Diamonds avereage G-H color, VS-SI clarity. Size 5.5. Top of ring measures 3/4" wide x 5/8" high.
