A strap resizing and adjustment for a unique Christophe Claret watch

It all started, in the final hours of a beautiful day at Gray and Sons Jewelers when a gentleman passed by with a saddened face asking if we could help him with a problem that nobody could solve. He wanted to adjust, resize his exclusive Christophe Claret watch strap to his wrist size. He tried at many well known jewelry establishments and he explained that either none of them had the know how or maybe didn’t want to take the risk. All of them being big name stores that supposedly could solve these kinds of problems with ease, but no luck until he walked into the Gray and Sons boutique in Miami Beach Florida.

As usual, we welcomed our new friend and took his elite Christophe Claret watch to our Swiss-trained watchmaker. In a matter of minutes we knew how to solve his problem and got to work. Guess what?? At the end of the day Gray and Sons solved the problem because this is what we practice and are specialize in.

After a delicate examination of the watch, and while the customer was being taking care of in the showroom. Our professional watchmaker resized the watch strap to the customer’s wrist size and explained to him the steps that we took to resize the watch band. We went the extra mile by explaining how he should take care and service his one of a kind luxury watch. You couldn’t imagine the smile that we created on the customer’s face after he saw that we adjusted his watch strap and it was PERFECTLY DONE. The customer was astonished from the amazing customer service to the quality of our work.
