Thank you once again for giving Gray and Sons the opportunity to work on your Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. As part of this repair experience we would like to invite you into the movement of your watch. What sets Gray & Sons apart from other repairs centers is that we are old-fashioned. Not only we say that we do the work but we actually show you what it's done. The picture we are sending you was taken right after the movement was cleaned through our ultrasonic cleaning machine. During this process powerful vibrations along with 3 different cleaning solutions help remove all contaminants from every moving mechanism on your watch. After this cleaning process is completed and your case and bracelet are polished by our in-house polisher, the movement is ready to be reassembled.

Our master watchmaker will put your movement back together with the help of precision tools and sophisticated timing computers. Once the movement is back in place it will be calibrated to company specifications.

After this process is completed and the watch undergoes a thorough quality control, it will returned to you with a one year warranty.
